Victor Harbor Horse Tram Authority
The Victor Harbor Horse Tram Authority (the Authority) is a subsidiary of the City of Victor Harbor established under Section 42 of the Local Government Act 1999.
The Authority was established in October 2018 to oversee the operations, business development and marketing of the Victor Harbor’s iconic Horse Tram service.
The Board
The Authority is governed by a board of management that is responsible for ensuring the Authority acts in accordance with its Charter and all other relevant legislation.
