Half Day Corporate Package

Our Half-Day Corporate Package, which can be tailored to suit your team’s needs and goals. In approximately 4–5 hours, participants engage in hands-on activities with horses, collaborative challenges, and guided reflection, all designed to build communication, leadership, and build team work.

Guests are welcomed with coffee and tea by our staff. Teams are introduced to our herd in the stables. This casual, interactive session serves as an icebreaker, helping participants get comfortable with the horses and each other.

Welcome

Activity 1 

Participants observe grooming and horse care, learning how energy, presence, and attention to detail influence interactions, both with horses and within teams.

Activity 2

Teams are given a harnessing challenge which will encourage problem-solving, teamwork, and clear communication, followed by facilitator-led reflection.

Lunch

A light lunch with refreshments allows participants to recharge, reflect on insights, and discuss lessons learned with facilitators.

Activity 3

Guests observe a demonstration of liberty work, showing how horses respond to body language and presence, highlighting non-verbal communication skills.

Activity 4

Paired exercises challenge teams to communicate non-verbally, building trust, focus, and collaboration in a fun and interactive way.

Farewell 

The day ends with a group photo with the horses and optional discussion with leadership staff before departure.
