Full Day Corporate Package
Our Full-Day Corporate Package runs for approximately 7 hours can be tailored to suit your team’s objectives. Your team will experience a full day of hands-on learning, team challenges, and unforgettable moments with our horses at Victor Harbor Horse Tram Stables. Designed to inspire collaboration, leadership, and communication, this immersive program gives your team the chance to step out of the usual routine, tackle unique challenges, and leave feeling energised, connected, and ready to take on the workplace together.
Guests are welcomed with coffee and tea by our staff. Teams are introduced to our herd in the stables. This casual, interactive session serves as an icebreaker, helping participants get comfortable with the horses and each other.
Welcome
Demonstration
Participants observe grooming and horse care, learning how energy, presence, and attention to detail influence interactions, both with horses and within teams.
Challenges
Teams tackle a series of hands-on harnessing challenges, first working without guidance and then with instructions relayed by a team member. These activities encourage problem-solving, communication, and collaboration, followed by facilitator-led reflection.
Morning Tea
A light morning tea with refreshments allows participants to recharge, reflect on insights, and discuss lessons learned with facilitators.
Skill Development
Fun, light-hearted competitions such as lassoing a cow head and horseshoe games provide a break from structured activities while reinforcing teamwork, focus, and friendly competition.
Lunch Break
Self-catered, or catered by us, lunch allows guests to recharge. Internal leadership staff can engage in discussion with the team, while facilitators provide guidance and reflection prompts.
Liberty Presentation
Guests observe a demonstration showcasing non-verbal communication and presence with the horses, highlighting how clarity, energy, and awareness influence connection.
Team Building
Paired and group exercises challenge teams to communicate non-verbally, build trust, and practice leadership and collaboration in a fun, engaging way.
Final Reflection & Farewell
The day concludes with a group reflection circle, a Q&A with leadership, and a group photo with the horses. Participants leave inspired, connected, and ready to apply their insights back in the workplace.
