Horse Drawn Tram
​At the Victor Harbor Horse Drawn Tram, we strive to create an environment that’s welcoming and inclusive for every visitor. We believe this iconic experience should be open to all, regardless of age, ability, background, or identity. Our commitment is to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and valued during their visit.
Mobility & Access
Our historic tram has limited space for wheelchair aids, but we provide ramps for easy boarding. Wheelchair users can access the rear of the tram, while walkers can be folded and stored at the front or rear. For additional mobility assistance, please contact us in advance so we an better assit you.
Culture & Identity
​We warmly welcome people from all walks of life, regardless of culture, identity, language, or background, and work to foster a space where everyone feels appreciated and respected.
We also honor the Traditional Owners of the land where we work.
Vision & Hearing
​Our team is ready to help visitors with visual or hearing impairments whenever possible. If you need any specific assistance or guidance during your visit, please reach out to us ahead of time, and we'll do our best to support you
Support Animals
Registered ​support animals and guide dogs are welcome aboard the tram. We kindly ask that you keep them away from the horses to help ensure the safety of all. Please note that pets are not permitted on the tram, the causeway, or Granite Island due to strict conservation policies we must follow.
Discounted Tickets for Children
We provide discounted entry for kids to help make tram rides more budget-friendly for families. Children aged 13 and under can ride for free when accompanied by a paying adult.
